When I don’t post anything for a week I gain followers.
When I post something I lose followers.
Huh.

Huh.
It’s Sunday and I’m lethargic and grumpy.
Have a dolphin and a cat making friends.
Day four: Do you work out? How many times a week?
I lift weights but I’m still a novice with that and I walk my dog every day and some time on the rowing machine. I’m still pretty new with the working out and I really need to step it up.
Day three: Do you count calories? What is your daily calorie goal/allowance?
I do and when I started I was aiming for 1200 net calories. I’ve recently hit a plateau and I figured I wasn’t going to live on 1200 every single day forever so I’ve upped my allowance to 1500 net calories. This may change at some point in the future but I’m still experimenting.
I realise this information probably isn’t for sharing but I don’t care since I am so happy/relieved.
Two words: tax refund.
Thank the gods!

This happens to me all the time! I thought I was the only one. I have dreams that I’ve forgotten to hand in my GCSE Biology coursework despite the fact that I handed it in 8 years ago and since then I have done my A Levels, a degree and a postgrad teaching certificate.
Thanks brain. Stupid brain.
Day two: What is your MAIN reason for wanting to lose weight? (Be honest.)
I am sick of not being able to wear the clothes I want to wear. I feel way more comfortable in trousers but for the past few years I haven’t been able to find any that fit so I was the “girly girl” who wore skirts come rain or shine. And not even skirts I liked! I was also sick of being the only big person in my family, everyone else is slim and fit and I felt so inadequate.
